Delete your VisionReel account
Delete everything, in the app
- Open VisionReel and go to the Profile tab.
- Under Your data, tap Delete all my data.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete to confirm.
You need an internet connection. Deletion happens straight away.
Only delete your selfie
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under Your selfie, tap Delete my selfie, then Delete selfie.
Your selfie is removed from your phone at once. Videos you already made stay. You will need a new selfie to make another video.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous account.
- Your selfie and the videos stored in the app on this phone.
- Your credits and their history. Credits are stored on your phone only and cannot be restored after deletion.
- Your onboarding answers, settings and any video jobs still in progress.
Videos you saved to your phone's Photos or gallery, or shared elsewhere, are outside the app. Delete those yourself.
What is kept, and for how long
- A selfie copy sent to our AI provider fal.ai to make a video expires automatically about 2 hours after upload.
- Video job records (status and a link to the generated video, never your selfie) are deleted within 7 days.
- A push notification token, if you allowed alerts, may stay until it stops working or you ask us to remove it. It is not linked to your selfie or videos.
- Reports you sent are kept for up to 12 months so we can finish reviewing them.
- Purchase records are kept by the App Store or Google Play and by our purchase partner Adapty, as their rules and the law require.
- Analytics and crash data are not linked to your name and expire under Firebase's retention settings.
Can't open the app?
Email team@measify.com with the subject "Delete my VisionReel account". Include your Support ID if you have it (it is shown in the Profile tab). We delete the data we hold on our servers within 30 days and reply to confirm. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
